The Select Fitness SF-3 Functional Half Rack is a premium all-in-one strength and cable training system built for commercial facilities, boutique studios, and elevated home gyms. Combining the stability of a traditional half rack with the versatility of a dual adjustable pulley system, the SF-3 is designed to support everything from heavy compound lifts to dynamic functional training in a compact, efficient footprint.

With an overall height of 89 inches, the SF-3 allows ample clearance for pull-ups, overhead movements, and full cable range exercises. Dual 160 lb weight stacks provide smooth, controlled resistance, making the system ideal for both strength-focused and athletic performance training. Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, the SF-3 is engineered for long-term durability, stability, and consistent performance under demanding use.

Note: Front stabilizers are recommended during installation. If stabilizers are not used, the unit must be securely bolted to the floor.
